I have worked in financial services for over 4 years and founded Prosper NZ in 2024 to help New Zealanders grow and protect their KiwiSaver. Prosper NZ now advises and maintains trusted relationships nationwide.
I focus on partnering with clients who share a long-term approach to investing. I believe in disciplined, strategic investing and working closely with those who value expert guidance to build and sustain their KiwiSaver. KiwiSaver Investment Advice
We are not tied to any product provider, and the specific details of the KiwiSaver/Investment solutions we recommend will be detailed in your written advice. Prosper NZ is 100% owned by Jarred Percival. I only recommend investment solutions I would personally invest in myself.
We do not hold any of our clients’ investments in our name. They are held on the client’s behalf by a registered custodian which is regulated by the Financial Markets Authority under the Financial Markets Conduct Act.

Initial Consultation
We offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery session. Any additional fees will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
KiwiSaver Advice
We provide independent KiwiSaver advice and have the expertise to help clients navigate the entire KiwiSaver market. Our ability to advise on any KiwiSaver solution means we can tailor recommendations to align with your financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
We have established agreements with the following KiwiSaver schemes, which compensate us for providing financial advice:

We do not charge an upfront fee for KiwiSaver advice—this service is complimentary and comes with no obligation. If you decide to implement our KiwiSaver advice, we are remunerated by the KiwiSaver provider through an ongoing percentage-based fee. This is fully disclosed in the written advice. You therefore receive a no-obligation KiwiSaver comparison at no cost, with a fee only applying if you proceed with the recommended solution.
Regardless of the provider, our advice is always in your best interest, and all fees will be fully disclosed upfront, no surprises.
Conflicts of Interest & Incentives
Prosper NZ receives client fees and commissions, and I am remunerated through a shareholder salary.
I disclose all fees, commissions, or incentives related to my advice.
Compound Wealth does not have any preferential arrangements or financial obligations with providers that could influence advice.
No commissions are accepted for client referrals to solicitors, accountants, or property specialists. Referrals are made purely based on expertise.

Internal Complaints Process
We acknowledge receipt of your complaint and assess how we can resolve it.
We aim to resolve complaints within 10 working days. If more time is needed, we will inform you with an estimated resolution timeframe.
We will communicate our resolution to you via phone or email.
